RPSC SI aur Platoon Commander ka pay scale Level 11 (Grade Pay 4200) ke antargat aata hai. Training period ke baad, approx in-hand salary ₹ 45,000 – ₹ 52,000 per month tak hoti hai, jisme DA, HRA aur Police allowances shamil hote hain.

- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): physical endurance check.
